Sharing the Bread of life... and burgers!

Amongst the many activities
marking the beginning of a new academic year, at Dominican
University College, we gather to celebrate the Eucharist. This
year, the celebration was presided by Mgr Paul-André Durocher,
archbishop of Gatineau and vice-president of CCCB. After the
Eucharist, AECDO had organized a BBQ to continue the
festivities! Mgr Durocher stayed to chat with students and share
a burger!
Have a great year at Dominican University College

Dear students, Welcome to Dominican University College! If you
are a new student, we are happy to meet you. If you are a
student coming back after summer holidays, be certain that we
rejoice in hearing the sound of your voice in our cloister and
classrooms! This year again we offer you an environment
condusive to study, to develop your capabilities. We want you to
accompany you as you pursue your intellectual, human and
spiritual quest. I wish that you live and study at Dominican
University College mindful of the values at the heart of the
living Dominican Tradition within our walls: confident quest for
truth, academic integrity, respect for one another, openness to
difference! The dominican brothers of Saint John the Baptist
convent remind us that we study not just for ourselves but to
make a difference in
our communities, in society and in the
Church! Your studies are preparing you for this! Lecturers,
staff and myself are dedicated to serve you and make your
