Administrative fees:

1.   Modification of program (pink form) : $25
2.   Modification / Cancellation of registration (Yellow form)* : $10
3.   Refund processing fee deducted from all refunds: $50
4.   Returned cheques (NSF): $25
5.   Late payment : $100 + $5 Per working day
6.   Leave of absence – graduate studies: $25
7.   Attestation or certified copy : $10
8.   Transcript : $10 and $5 for each extra
9.   Student identity card replacement: $25
10. Diploma: $35
11. Request to amend transcript
      (refundable to student if request granted) : $25
